Whilst we're happy to consider anything, we generally won't accept anything that didn't originally retail for under £750.00 and older than 3 years old. We will value each bike independently though so please get in touch regardless of age or cost!

No, we will need to inspect each bike to confirm everything is operational. If you contact us with as much information as possible we can give you a quote based on a full inspection being done. If you come in to see us we'll be able to give you an accurate quote whilst you wait.

Absolutely! Once we've given you a valuation for your old bike, you are very welcome to use the C2W Scheme to pay the remaining cost of the new bike.

We are happy to accept E-Bikes as long as they're not conversions. Valuations will take in to account mileage and a full diagnoses. If there are any error messages, unfortunately we won't be able to accept the bike.
